*BEFORE COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT: HAIR MUST BE PROPERLY DETANGLED. There is a $50 DETANGLE FEE IF HAIR IS NOT DETANGLED prior to coming to your appointment (No Exceptions). More time is required for me to detangle hair.
*PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cash and/or Zelle (healthyhairh2@gmail.com). NO CARDS for check out, only for holding appointment.
*A card on file is required for booking and holding your spot. You are not required to pay for services up front. (A deposit is required only if I book from my end)!
*Prices may vary due to longer lengths and/or thickness. Do Not assume the price being that all prices are starting prices. I will give you the ending price at the end of your service.
*EVENING APPOINTMENTS: ANY APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED AFTER 5PM REQUIRES A $50 DEPOSIT. Zelle $50 deposit to (healthyhairh2@gmail.com) immediately after booking. Your appointment will be cancelled if deposit is not sent within 30 minutes of you booking your evening appointment. I do not return Zelle payments. If you wish to cancel your appointment your deposit will go towards your next booked appointment as long as you cancel before 48 hours of your booked appointment. This deposit will go towards your ending balance when your service is finished. I will periodically open an evening to take appointments.
*SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS: (SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR NEW CLIENTS Returning/existing Clients must book Mon thru Sat. Yes, new clients can book on any available day.) A deposit is required for Sunday appointments. After booking your appointment, Zelle $50 deposit to (healthyhairh2@gmail.com) immediately after booking. Your appointment will be cancelled if deposit is not sent within 30 minutes of you booking your Sunday appointment. I do not return Zelle payments. If you wish to cancel your appointment your deposit will go towards your next booked appointment as long as you cancel before 48 hours of your booked appointment. This deposit will go towards your ending balance when your service is finished. I will periodically open a Sunday to take appointments. Sundays are not my normal workdays!
*CANCELLATIONS/LATE APPOINTMENTS: There is a Strict, No Call/ No Show and last- minute cancellation policy. If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment or have to reschedule last minute, please call and let us know. We will be willing to reschedule you, but a reschedule fee will apply which will be a 50% charge to the card on file. No Call/ No Show will result in the full charge (100%) of the booked service to the card on file and being blocked from online booking. 48 hours will be required for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Communication is everything! Depending on the circumstances, some fees may be waived. MY TIME IS VALUABLE, please be courteous. 954-261-0221
